Buffalo Wings

BUFFALO WINGS

 

  • 2-3       pounds chicken wings, disjointed
  • salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • ½         cup hot red pepper sauce
  • 1/3       cup melted butter

 

  1. Season wings with salt and pepper. Bake covered at 375 degrees for ¾ hour. Pour off liquid.
  1. Mix melted butter with hot red pepper sauce. Pour over wings and bake at 400 degrees uncovered for 1 hour, basting and turning wings every 15 minutes.
