Couples dinner party

ROASTED SHRIMP WITH SPICY COCKTAIL SAUCE

2 pounds shrimp, extra large or jumbo
1 Tablespoon olive oil 
½ teaspoon Kosher salt
½ teaspoon pepper
COCKTAIL SAUCE
½ cup Heinz chili sauce
½ cup Heinz Ketchup
3 Tablespoons prepared white horseradish (more if desired)
2 teaspoons lemon juice
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon Tabasco sauce (more if desired)

1.  Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2.  Peel and devein shrimp, leaving tails intact. Place them on sheet pan in a single layer with olive oil, salt and pepper.  Roast for 8-10 minutes, just until pink and firm and cooked through.  Set aside to cool.
3.  Combine all sauce ingredients and serve as a dip with shrimp.
