Panalpina, a shipping company, danced through the kitchen with great talent and speed to create this special dinner: mixed greens with caramelized spicy walnuts and an “amazing” vinaigrette, roasted tomato and basil soup (some had seconds!), butterflied roasted chicken, autumn roasted vegetables and mashed potatoes. The big controversy was who preferred lumpy or smooth mashed potatoes! We finished the meal with a creme au Grand Marnier-decadent!
