Team Building event for the Lipton Tea people at UNILEVER at LeGourmet Factory in Englewood, NJ. It was hands on for all four teams to create 4 flavors of gnocchi with 4 different sauces: potato, carrot, spinach and beet gnocchi with bacon cream, butter/sage, marinara and garlic and EVOO sauces. We mixed and matched-….HMMMMM. They did a good job! The Jasmine tea crème with raspberries and raspberry coulis for dessert was a big success.
