Day 1- FRANCE: cheese soufflé, chicken francese, tomatoes provencale, crepes with turkey, spinach and brie, crepe cake

Day 2-MEXICAN: chicken enchiladas verde, Mexican rice, churrasco with chimichurri sauce. Turkey tacos

Day 3- ASIAN: won ton and won ton soup, stir fry shrimp with ginger and parsley, barbecues chicken wings, jasmine rice and grilled pineapple

Day 4- ITALIAN:   home made pasta, cheese ravioli, tomato vegetable sauce, zucchini tagliatelle and tiramisu

Day 5-AMERICAN FAVORITES: meatballs, Parker House rolls, macaroni and cheese, chicken fingers, pie pastry and individual peach pie
