Pop-up Lunch at ThomsonReuters

The menu for the lunch

COOK IT UP hosted a pop-up lunch for 200 employees at ThomsonReuters on March 2nd. The on-site lunch included tomato soup with a grilled cheese crouton, quinoa salad with feta, chickpeas, and apples, two sandwiches (roasted turkey with arugula and roasted peppers, and roast beef with caramelized onions and horseradish sauce) kale, pancetta, and ricotta cheese tarts. For dessert they enjoyed Meyer lemon bars, biscotti, and brownies. Thanks to ThomsonReuters for sponsoring this group lunch.
