Kaplan International Cooks Like Crazy

Chris Koutsovitis, director at Kaplan International, Midtown and his administrative team collaborated on preparing mixed green with spicy walnuts, Manchego cheese and home made vinaigrette, spiced up salmon, home made pasta and spinach and cheese cannelloni with béchamel sauce, caramelized carrots and an apple and cherry crisp with vanilla ice cream.  They mastered the art of pasta making with their kneading and rolling out the dough techniques.  Following lunch, they had an in-depth brain storming session on their business plan for the upcoming year and are off to an impressive start for 2015!
