Will organized the Johnson & Johnson KPMG account team for an evening of collaboration and competition. The group prepared a dinner of gruyere baton, butternut squash soup with frizzled shallots, roasted butterflied chicken with garlic, rosemary and lemon, Brussel sprouts with a touch of honey,and an apple streusel ladder loaf. In addition, the group split up into 4 teams to compete in the “firecracker challenge”. They created their best dish using the ingredients set before them! KPMG aprons were awarded to the winners and worn home with intense pride. Those aprons were highly coveted!
